No One Says it Better Than Our San Diego Auto Body Repair Customers

"United Auto Body is not associated or recommended by many insurance companies including USAA, which is a military insurance company. My vehicle's paint job was inferieor by not buffed out correctlyand their were panel alignments that were not acceptatble. When I brought in my vehicle they would not stand by their warranty and made false accusations. They took much longer to fix then originally told. I would not recommend this body shop to anyone. They were nice when you originally talk to them, but when you call them on their warranty they do not hold to it."

Cons: Military insurance company does not recommend them (USAA)

I am not in the practice of defending myself. However, this review is inaccurate and implies that I did not honor my customer’s warranty. To keep the explanation short, I am not in a position to honor a warranty where a vehicle has been damaged again in a subsequent collision.
