"I didn't have body work done from United Auto Body, but this business can teach other auto centers a thing or two about honesty, helpfulness, and kindness. When the metal loop holding my Toyota's car door in came off, I took it to the service center where I was told it would be a major body work to get the loop back on. They directed me to their body shop, but I decided instead to look online. I saw the poor reviews of the body shop and the glowing reviews of United Auto Body on Miramar Rd and decided to try United Auto Body instead. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the start. The guy helping me (I didn't even get his name) inspected the problem and gave me a reasonable quote for the work. Then, he started fiddling with the parts and ended up fixing the problem right there! He didn't charge me for the work but just gave me advice on how to keep the problem from returning. I can't believe how kind and helpful he was! As a woman, I always have auto service centers try to rip me off. I am so grateful that places like this exist. Many, many thanks to the guy at United Auto Body!!! I wish you and this business nothing but the very best!"
