No One Says it Better Than Our San Diego Auto Body Repair Customers

"Absolutely amazing people! I cannot even begin to thank them for helping us through this crazy tangled web of dealing with insurance companies and getting your car fixed the right way.

Our car was stolen from Balboa Park and then found 3 weeks later. While trying to pull over the little shit who stole my car, he initiated a high speed car chase in which they had to employ helicopters. Well, I think you can guess what happens. This kid caused alot of damage to our brand new car. We have no idea what to do now, the cops call us, we goto our car and now we are stuck on the side of the road with a car that doesnt work and the cops just leave us there, thanks guys.

Anyway, we get our car towed to United Autobody after seeing all the great reviews on yelp and all the great reviews stand true!!!! They battled for weeks and weeks with Geico to get everything fixed for us. Geico apparently doesnt want to put VW parts back in the car and they want to use cheap stuff. That is so horrible, you would think thats why you have insurance and they are going to make your car back to the way it originally was. Not so! I have learned sooo much. So Mark seriously hashed it out with Geico, having them come down constantly to evaluate any new issues that arose and sign off on it, also getting our car towed to the VW dealership 3 times to make sure everything was ok mechanically. Without Marks help, Geico would have done a fraction of the work that needed to be done and they would have put cheap parts in.

Thanks to Mark, our car looks and drives as if we just drove it brand new off the lot. They did an amazing job. This is a company that truly works for you, I mean works really hard for you and has your best interest always!!! They truly made a horrible situation a lot easier to manage, we were so helpless and they just took care of everything and did it gracefully, with tact and with complete professionalism. I cannot recommend them enough."
