"Had a great experience here. They encouraged and then helped me fight the "other guys" insurance company and get fully reimbursed for my damages. Also, fought (and won) to use new, not refurbished, parts. This fight did cause serious delays (only a small portion of which was compensated by insurance company) in getting the car back, but I was able to deal with that, so not a problem for me. The entire staff was friendly and always promptly returned calls. They were transparent, providing documentation and paperwork for everything. This is the only place I will go in the future and will recommend it to everyone."
