I was involved in a very bad accident in which I was not at fault, but neither insurance company was assuming the liability because there was no police report and no witnesses. I spoke with many lawyers about how to best pursue reparation for the damage done to my car. Everybody's answer was the same: take your chances in small claims court. Without any substantial evidence, I felt helpless...

I called United Auto Body anticipating to swallow the cost of the damages so that I could at least get my car back on the road. Grace took the time to get all the details of my accident and everything that took place with the insurance companies there after. Instead of towing my car in, she instructed me to send over photos so that the owner Mark could inspect the damage. After looking at the photos they told me that it was a waste of MY TIME to even bring it in because the damage was so extensive.

Grace spent the next 20 minutes on the phone helping me come up with viable solutions to put pressure on the insurance companies to properly handle my claim so that I could get the money I owed for my totaled car-- warning me of all the possible obstacles I would face and how I should face them.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for the help Grace offered me. I felt like I was talking to a good friend-- one with all the answers. This is a company who could have made a killing by taking advantage of my situation. They could have easily made me tow my car all the way there, took it apart to inspect it and then charged me for the whole thing after finding out that it was not reparable. Even worse, they could have ignored the structural damage and just fixed it aesthetically, leaving me with an unsafe vehicle.

Instead, all they did was help. Free of charge."
