"My car is 5 years old and the paint job is still pretty good but has some significant scratches in places. Since I take pride in my vehicle (Acura TL) I wanted to get the paint cleaned up. I was a little skeptical so I called United Auto Body and ironically, Mark answered the phone. He spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me, no hard sell and answered all my questions and even educated me along the way. He invited me down and said he would take care of me personally to evaluate my needs and recommend what is right for my situation regardless if it is with him or someone else...huh? Amazing customer service. I am driving over to see Mark this morning so will try to provide an update later today. Wish me luck!"
